Glasgow Youth Film Festival
7 - 15 February 2010
Scotland’s most exciting and innovative film festival for young audiences, featuring film premieres, inspiring workshops and special guests.
GYFF celebrates work made by and starring young people, chosen by our very own youth programming team. It is the only film festival in Scotland where young people are involved at all stages of festival production – from selecting the film line up to handling event management. Find out about the team here.
Want to see your work on the big screen at GYFF in February? Enter our Chew TV One Minute Movie competition! The competition is open to young people aged 14-19 years old, as individuals or in a group, across the whole of Scotland. Entry forms and guidelines can be downloaded here.
GYFF includes a curriculum-responsive schools programme for nursery to S6. For programme details and to book visit our website - www.glasgowfilmfestival.org.uk/schools. Schools events are free to Glasgow schools and £3 per pupil for all other schools.
GYFF is funded by Glasgow City Council Education Services with additional support from our partners.
