Booking Policy


Cancellations: Cancellations must be notified in writing. Only cancellations received 10 working days before the event will be eligible for a refund.

Screenings: Places can be in great demand for screenings and may occasionally be limited. If you are unable to use all your places please let us know immediately so that we can reallocate them. A cancellation fee of £50 will be incurred if a booking is cancelled less than one week before the screening, if you fail to show up on the day or significantly reduce your numbers on the day.

Privacy: For security purposes, please DO NOT give Credit Card details on this form. The information given on this form will not be passed to any third parties. Please allow 5 days for us to process your booking.
