Everybody's Fine
Robert De Niro gives his best performance in years in this warmhearted Kirk (Waking Ned, Nanny McPhee) Jones remake of Giuseppe Tornatore’s Stanno Tutti Bene. Following in the footstseps of Marcello Mastroianni, De Niro plays a retired widower who embarks on an impromptu road trip to reconnect with each of his grown children only to discover that their lives are far from picture perfect. An extraordinary ensemble cast includes Drew Barrymore, Kate Beckinsale and Sam Rockwell, but it is the heartfelt sincerity of De Niro’s weary, understated performance that dominates.
We are delighted to welcome Director Kirk Jones to the screening of the film.
Thanks to Walt Disney.
